Who is this for?
Customers in the United States who would like to ship their personal items, that are currently with them, to Malaysia.
Use our FORWARDING services if want to ship your online orders to Malaysia.
STEP 1: PACK YOUR BOXES
Pack what you would like to ship as best you can. If needed, be sure to include fillers so your item can safely get to us.
Count how many boxes you have and weigh each one of them. We will need these information to generate your FREE shipping label.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS
Follow the prompt and complete the checkout process.
Leave a note at the checkout page if there's anything else we should know about your order.
STEP 3: PAYMENT
No payment will be due upon checkout. We will update the price of your order, along with the payment instructions, once we have processed it.
Please refer our PRICING section to estimate how much your shipment will cost.
STEP 4: SHIP YOUR BOXES
We will provide you with the shipping labels for you to ship your parcels to our store house. Print those labels and securely paste them on your parcels. Drop off your parcels at the nearest post office or drop off points.
Note that we use USPS by default. Please let us know in the notes if you prefer other couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and etc..
OTHER INFORMATION
Your parcel will be included in this trip if it arrives at our storehouse before the CUTOFF DATE. Otherwise, it will join our next trip. We will update your order status accordingly and notify you via email.
Air freight takes about 2-3 weeks to reach Malaysia.
Once your parcel reaches Malaysia, we will deliver it to the address you provided.PARCEL/ITEM LIMITATION
